Amy Jarrett is the VP of Operations at MV2 Investments, bringing over 20 years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. With a career rooted in design excellence and strategic execution, Amy has worked with world-renowned architecture firms, where she played a key role in not only delivering high-impact projects but also contributing to the growth and success of the firms themselves.

Amy’s passion lies in urban development and purposeful design—crafting communities that are built to inspire and endure. Her background in interior architecture, business development, and project management gives her a unique ability to connect the creative vision with the practical realities of execution.

At MV2, Amy is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across both U.S. and international development initiatives. She works closely with co-founders Mark Halteman and Vinny Giglio on land acquisition, site planning, and deal execution, and serves as the critical liaison between ownership, design professionals, and construction teams. Her leadership ensures that projects move with speed, precision, and alignment.

Amy lives in Mooresville, North Carolina, with her husband and two sons, and is an avid traveler who draws creative and cultural inspiration from around the world.
