Dr. Mark Halteman

Mark Halteman is a co-founder and principal of MV2 Investments and MV2 International, where he brings over two decades of real estate development expertise across multifamily, commercial, and luxury hospitality sectors. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mark has been directly involved in the development, acquisition, and strategic partnership of over 700 multifamily units and 45,000+ square feet of commercial space throughout the U.S.

Mark launched his real estate career in 2001 with the development of a 25,000-square-foot office complex while simultaneously operating one of Pennsylvania’s leading chiropractic clinics, which he founded after graduating in 1988. After successfully selling the practice in 2007 at the age of 43, Mark committed himself full-time to real estate — where his talent for navigating complex projects and aligning interests among stakeholders quickly became his signature.

Today, Mark resides full-time in the Turks and Caicos Islands, where he leads MV2’s international expansion and oversees the planning, construction, and marketing of luxury villas and boutique resort developments. His on-the-ground presence enables tight operational control, direct team leadership, and first-access to investment opportunities that most offshore developers simply can’t match.

Mark travels regularly to Mooresville, North Carolina, to stay closely connected to U.S. projects and the MV2 domestic team. His development philosophy is centered on integrity, clarity, and win-win outcomes — combining lifestyle-driven projects with disciplined underwriting and execution.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys boating, fishing, kiteboarding. He is also the proud father of two daughters.
