Lee Ann Giglio

Lee Ann plays a pivotal role in supporting Amy Jarrett by managing the daily operations of MV2, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office through her administrative expertise. Her experience spans across residential mortgage and multifamily property management, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Additionally, Lee Ann has actively contributed to the leasing teams of all three of MV2’s multifamily developments.

A California native, Lee Ann relocated to North Carolina in 2017 with her sons and grandchildren. She takes great pleasure in showcasing the buildings and the downtown Mooresville area to out-of-town investors during their visits. Her passion for the community and her extensive background make her an invaluable asset to the team.
