Vinny Giglio

Vinny Giglio is one of the founders and principals of MV2 Investments, a Charlotte based commercial real estate development firm. Vinny and his team have been responsible for the catalyst redevelopment in Downtown Mooresville including Mill One and Station Two22, both luxury mixed use apartment communities that include beautiful apartments and local restaurants and businesses. Vinny and his team also own MV2 International, which is currently developing many luxury villas in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.
Vinny started his career as a commercial pilot and flight instructor based in Southern California. When he turned 23 years old he was hired as one of the youngest pilots for Northwest Airlines regional carriers, Pinnacle Airlines, where he flew the CRJ-200. After a short time at the airline, Vinny exited the airline industry and started his career in commercial real estate finance, eventually growing his business into one of the top commercial real estate loan brokerages in Los Angeles. Vinny relocated to North Carolina with his family in 2017 and absolutely loves it here. Vinny is also an Army Veteran, Car Enthusiast, internet personality and father of two.
