Vinny Giglio

Vincent “Vinny” Giglio is a founding principal of MV2 Investments, a real estate development firm with active projects across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Based in Charlotte, NC, Vinny has led the strategic redevelopment of Downtown Mooresville, including the successful execution of Mill One and Station Two22 — luxury mixed-use communities that integrate high-end apartments with vibrant retail, dining, and local commerce.

Through MV2 International, Vinny is also spearheading the development of multiple luxury beachfront villas and boutique resort properties in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, one of the fastest-growing lifestyle destinations in the Caribbean.

Vinny began his career as a commercial pilot and flight instructor in Southern California, becoming one of the youngest pilots hired by Northwest Airlines’ regional carrier, Pinnacle Airlines, at the age of 23. After transitioning from aviation to real estate finance, Vinny built one of the top-performing commercial loan brokerages in Los Angeles, advising on capital placements for a wide range of real estate asset types.

In 2017, Vinny relocated to North Carolina with his family to focus on ground-up development and long-term portfolio growth in markets with strong demographic and economic tailwinds. He brings a unique mix of discipline, entrepreneurial vision, and executional intensity to every project.

Vinny is a proud U.S. Army veteran, car enthusiast, media personality, and father of two. His leadership style blends precision with creativity, and he remains deeply committed to building trust with investors through transparency, strategic alignment, and consistent performance.
